AI OpenShift Developer (m/f/d)
Prerequisite for all positions: Extended skills in AI, Vibecoding (AI-assisted development with tools like Cursor, Claude, etc.) and productive use of modern AI tools in daily development.

We are looking for an AI OpenShift Developer to join our team. You will work on cutting-edge, AI-integrated cloud projects with leading European companies, designing and operating container platforms on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes – and applying Vibecoding and AI tools for platform development. You work at the intersection of platform engineering and application development.
Le tue responsabilità
- Develop and operate OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
- Containerization of applications, Helm charts, and operator development
- CI/CD for container workloads (build, push, deploy)
- Vibecoding and AI tools for platform code and automation
- Troubleshooting, performance optimization, and day-2 operations
- Collaborate with clients on OpenShift adoption and operations
Il tuo profilo
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Podman, Buildah)
- Practical experience with Helm, operators, or GitOps
- AI-assisted development (Vibecoding) or strong interest in it
- DevOps mindset and experience with CI/CD
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
