AI Platform Engineer / DevOps (m/f/d)
Prerequisite for all positions: Extended skills in AI, Vibecoding (AI-assisted development with tools like Cursor, Claude, etc.) and productive use of modern AI tools in daily development.

We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer or DevOps specialist to build and operate AI-capable platforms. You will design CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and automated infrastructure – and integrate AI tools into build, test, and deploy processes. You ensure stable, scalable platforms that enable development teams to be productive.
Tus responsabilidades
- Build and operate Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE)
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- GitOps with ArgoCD or Flux for declarative infrastructure
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, distributed tracing
- Integrate AI tools into build, test, and deploy workflows
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Kustomize)
- Security, compliance, and best practices for cloud platforms
Tu perfil
- Several years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Practical knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and CI/CD tools
- Experience with observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Confident with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
- Interest in AI-assisted DevOps tools and automation
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
