AI Full-Stack Software Developer (m/f/d)
Prerequisite for all positions: Extended skills in AI, Vibecoding (AI-assisted development with tools like Cursor, Claude, etc.) and productive use of modern AI tools in daily development.

We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Software Developer to build AI-enhanced web and cloud applications. You will work with current frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Spring Boot), integrate LLMs and AI APIs, and apply Vibecoding in your daily development. You build end-to-end solutions from UI to backend logic and database – with a focus on maintainability, performance, and modern best practices.
Tus responsabilidades
- Develop web and cloud applications with React, Next.js, Node.js, or Spring Boot
- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), and RAG systems
- Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs
- Apply Vibecoding daily: AI-assisted development with Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot
- Code reviews, testing, and documentation for high-quality software
- Collaborate in agile teams with clients across Europe
Tu perfil
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one backend framework (Node.js, Spring Boot, etc.)
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Practical experience with AI SDKs, LLM integration, or RAG systems
- Confident with REST/GraphQL, databases, and cloud services
- Team player with structured approach to work
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
